Seasonal Stocking Associate / Merchandiser

All Store Team Members play an essential role in building our company brand by delivering excellent customer service. You will maximize product inventory and support online business operations, ensuring a positive shopping experience. While both part‑time and full‑time positions focus on merchandising responsibilities, you may also be assigned sales, front‑end or other duties as needed. Responsibilities Process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, and place signage. Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in‑store and curbside pick‑up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned. Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, building relationships, and informing them about products and services. Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge. Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store. Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol, maintaining a safe and compliant store environment. Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned. Load and deliver orders safely and professionally, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1–3 years of experience, with 1+ year in a retail setting preferred. Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software. Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends. Must be 21 years of age or older. Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8–10 hours a day. Safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets up to 50 lbs. overhead. Climb ladders and handle outdoor weather conditions as needed.
