As a member of Applied Underwriters’ Brand Communications department, the Trade Show Associate supports the Trade Show team in planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows and events, acting as a highly professional and engaging representative of the company to guests, clients, and prospective clients. This role combines event logistics, booth operations, attendee engagement, and inventory management to ensure a seamless and successful presence at industry events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands‑on, enjoys travel, and thrives in fast‑paced, customer‑facing environments. Requirements Bachelor’s degree. Relevant event or trade show experience through work or school. Valid driver’s license. Domestic travel is expected approximately 40% of the time, work flexible hours and weekends.
