This hands-on, execution-first role sits at the core of how LvlUp operates, blending venture investment support with platform growth and community management.Key responsibilities span multiple functions: Program Operations (supporting accelerators, pitch competitions, and founder programs); Community Building (growing a global network of founders, partners, and operators); Marketing & Growth (driving campaigns, storytelling, and distribution); Fund Operations (supporting deal flow processes, investment tracking, and pipeline management); Strategic Execution (building internal systems and automation); and Founder Support (working directly with portfolio companies on growth and readiness).The ideal candidate is execution-oriented, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and able to operate with a high degree of ownership across venture operations and platform execution.
