Call Center Agent

Pawfect Shine is looking for a friendly and dependable Call Center Agent to assist customers with grooming appointments and general service questions. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers and communicating in a professional and welcoming manner.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers with scheduling grooming appointments
• Confirm, update, and reschedule appointments
• Provide basic information about available grooming services
• Answer routine questions from pet owners
• Collect and confirm appointment information
• Communicate important customer information to the salon team
• Support other customer service responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Friendly and patient personality
• Good listening and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests
• Comfortable speaking with pet owners
• Reliable and punctual
