In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and management of IT services, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and its users. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, optimizing service performance, and implementing best practices in IT service management (ITSM).QualificationsEducation and Training: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Related field preferred. Hands on experience with ServiceNow, Remedy or another ITSM Tool.
