Application Engineer

The ideal candidate will have an associate or bachelor's degree in a technical field and experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance. This individual should have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and be able to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify problems, collect and evaluate data, establish facts, and draw sound conclusions. Responsibilities Manages incoming technical support calls and ensures timely follow up through resolution. Utilize troubleshooting guides, technical documentation, and other resources to diagnose and resolve customer issues. Prepare detailed service reports documenting technical support requests and resolutions to assist internal teams and customers. Provide technical support to the sales department by answering product and application questions. Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and generate sales leads. Communicate with Regional Service Managers, and Sales Engineers regarding potential service opportunities within their territories. Assists with training internal employees and external customers on products, equipment, and technical procedures. Qualifications Associates degree in a technical field or bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment. Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional demeanor. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
