Jake’s Heating, Air & Plumbing is growing, and we’re looking for someone who is hungry to sell, motivated by results, and ready to make money.

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative who knows how to pick up the phone, connect with customers, and turn opportunities into revenue.

This is not a position for someone who wants to sit around and wait for leads to come to them. We need someone with energy, drive, and the confidence to go after the sale.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Calling customers who canceled their HVAC or plumbing appointments and working to get them back on the schedule

• Following up with customers who did not move forward with recommended work

• Turning missed opportunities into sales

• Making outbound calls to generate additional business

• Helping drive revenue for both our HVAC and Plumbing departments

• Building relationships with customers and finding out what they need

• Following up consistently until you get an answer

• Keeping your leads, calls, and follow ups organized

• Working closely with our Sales, Service, Plumbing, HVAC, and Call Center teams

• Hitting sales goals and always looking for the next opportunity

Who We Want

The right person will have:

• Previous inside sales experience

• Strong sales and closing skills

• Confidence making outbound calls and talking with customers

• The ability to overcome objections and keep the conversation moving

• Strong organization and follow up skills

• The drive to create opportunities instead of waiting for them

• A competitive mindset and desire to hit goals

• The ability to manage multiple leads and customer conversations at once

• A positive attitude and the ability to stay motivated throughout the day

• HVAC, plumbing, home service, or similar industry experience is a plus

Most importantly, you need drive.

If you hear “no” and immediately move on, this probably isn’t the position for you. We want someone who knows how to ask the right questions, overcome objections, follow up, and close.

Compensation

$40,000 to $45,000 base salary

Plus 3% commission on anything you sell

Your base gives you stability. Your commission gives you the opportunity to earn more based on what you produce.

There is no shortage of opportunity. We need someone who knows what to do with it.
