Taymax Group, LP, a Planet Fitness franchisee, is seeking a full-time Member Services Representative in Ontario, CA. You will greet members, handle front desk duties, sign up new members, answer phones, give tours and process payments with accuracy and a friendly, welcoming attitude. You will update member accounts, respond to questions, and support the Club Manager.
