Contractors relocating to Tennessee must establish residency prior to their start date.Job DescriptionThe Business Unit Analyst serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and the HRTS development team. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements to support enhancements and maintenance of the Hospital Reporting Tracking System (HRTS). The analyst works closely with business units to understand operational needs, translate those needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, and manage work items through Azure DevOps. In addition, the Business Unit Analyst coordinates with hospitals and business partners to support the implementation and ongoing integration of US SAFR with HRTS, ensuring business processes, data exchanges, and system functionality meet operational and regulatory requirements.
