Truck Driver

The Truck Driver transports materials and finished goods safely and efficiently between facilities and customer locations. This role ensures timely deliveries, maintains vehicle compliance, and follows transportation regulations. The position contributes to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and supply chain reliability.

Transportation & Delivery Operations

• Own delivery responsibilities by transporting goods safely and on schedule.
• Operate commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure safe operating condition.
• Plan routes and manage delivery schedules to meet operational requirements.
• Load, secure, and unload materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, records, and documentation.

Material Handling & Customer Interaction

• Coordinate with shipping teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Verify shipment contents and documentation prior to departure.
• Deliver materials to customer sites and obtain proof of delivery.
• Communicate delays, issues, or changes to dispatch and supervisors.
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries and interactions.
• Support loading and unloading activities as required.

Safety, Compliance & Vehicle Maintenance

• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE at all times.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Report accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles.
• Adhere to hours-of-service regulations and driving requirements.
• Participate in required safety and compliance training programs.

Additional Expectations

• Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
• Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
• Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
• Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• 2+ years of truck driving experience preferred.
• Clean driving record and knowledge of DOT regulations required.
• Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Experience with load securement and material handling preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
