Client Account Representative

Working remotely, the full-time Client Account Representative will serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, process financial transactions, and support the administration of client accounts within a philanthropic fintech company. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone and email Process financial transactions accurately while maintaining client records Support administration of client accounts, including donor advised funds and trusts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Client Services Experience processing financial transactions preferred Strong organizational and analytical skills Proficient with Microsoft Office
