Senior Analyst, Business Integration

The Mastercard O&T Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team supports the lifecycle of M&A activities, from strategic company/partner evaluation, through due diligence, to the guidance and support of integrations. This role would work with business partners across M&A and Mastercard to understand their needs and provide integration program support to help drive integration activities and provide management reporting on the progress.

The position reports to O&T manager and is responsible for working with multiple M&A teams. This role is responsible for understanding different functional areas within M&A Org and aligning working with Mastercard business teams and O&T. Also understand different processes, tools and other critical areas related to Sales, Service, Marketing and Implementation aspects to collaborate working with both teams to provide gap analysis documentation.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyze and maintain knowledge of acquisitions and engage appropriate teams.
• Plan and lead all aspects of due diligence, documentation working with both M&A and MC teams
• Lead operational initiatives including analysis of required work plans and utilizing appropriate internal resources to achieve desired outcomes
• Communicate internally on progress of the activities.
• Collaborate and facilitate working sessions between M&A and MC teams to schedule working sessions, demos and any additional discussions
• Provide frequent, independent and objective oversight of integration efforts to ensure problems are identified early and appropriate mitigation, monitoring and impact assessments are put in place.
• Identification and application of integration patterns to drive efficiency and speed.
• Refine and continuously improve best practices and integration playbook, in partnership with functional integration leaders, including leading post-integration reviews to identify areas of improvement.

• Proficient with the activities and best practices associated with M&A transactions and integration, preferred
• Strong program and project management experience
• Ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives through indirect leadership.
• Self-motivated individual with ability to engage and influence peers and business partners.

• Experience communicating and coordinating with a diverse audience at all levels of the organization.
