• Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: 3rd Shift — 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday (30-minute unpaid meal break)

Job Summary

The Production Operator (also referred to internally as Folder/Ripper) performs work required to manufacture shingle products, along with related safety, housekeeping, shutdown, cleanup, startup, and maintenance work. Using gloved hands, the operator manually folds roof ridges with no tools or machinery required.

Key Responsibilities

• Using gloved hands, manually fold roof ridges (no tools or machinery involved)
• Work safely and avoid at-risk behaviors at all times
• Use standard procedures and technical training
• Perform related safety, housekeeping, shutdown, cleanup, startup, and maintenance work as required
• Meet the production target of 12 boxes per hour; failure to meet this target could result in a performance termination

• Ability to perform repetitive manual folding tasks using gloved hands
• Commitment to workplace safety and avoidance of at-risk behaviors
• Ability to follow standard procedures and apply technical training
• Ability to consistently meet a production quota of 12 boxes per hour

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• 3rd Shift position: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday
• Repetitive manual labor — folding roof ridges using gloved hands; no tools or machinery
• Must bring your own safety shoes
• Must wear at least 35% cotton blend long sleeve shirts
• All other PPE is provided
• Manufacturing environment — shingle production facility
