Job Opportunity: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to help our residents enhance their independence and overall quality of life. This position is based onsite and involves executing treatment plans as guided by an Occupational Therapist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment strategies focusing on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), mobility, and safety for seniors in various living environments, including independent, assisted living, and memory care.
• Document resident progress and outcomes effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered support within a nurturing and growth-oriented community.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
