We are seeking a talented and highly detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Global Events Registration Lead.  Do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the operational aspects of our global events, ensuring seamless execution and superior attendee satisfaction.

The Global Event Operations Lead will be responsible for the more technical aspects of events, such as registration, attendee database management, year-on-year reporting, etc. This position will have a high level of visibility to the SeneGence Distributor base and must demonstrate a positive and excellent customer service attitude. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain registration webpages and software (Cvent) for all corporate-sponsored events, such as Seminar, Leaders, Princess in Training, and Royalty Leadership Training.
• Ability to work independently and provide reliable customer service via email, on the phone, or in person. 
• Liaise between Global Events and other departments to provide accurate event information and deadlines.
• Manage registration processes including entering/modifying orders, data entry, and quality control of online conference registration.
• Produce and analyze reports and provide a summary identifying key insights from your data for internal and external use.
• Coordinate the on-site implementation of registration and check-in procedures utilizing Cvent OnArrival 360, and generate attendee name badges.
• Guide onsite volunteers by developing a sign-up process and pre-event information to ensure their effective participation in the event.
• Assist the Sr. Event Manager with developing the Speaker Resource Center in Cvent and providing information to trainers.
• Handle chargeback issues with Cvent and Accounting and process orders and refunds as needed.
• Create and maintain filing systems.
• Attend and work at events as assigned.
• Maintain registration inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Train and guide temporary and SeneCare staff for on-site registration.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION:

• College degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, database technology, hospitality management) OR registration, hotel guest service, customer service, or other applicable experience in lieu of a degree
• At least 2 years of additional related experience
• Ability to stay calm and clear-headed in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

• Demonstrate optimism, resilience, and a can-do attitude.
• Strong data entry skills and ability to interpret reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word/Excel/Power Point.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time.
• Excellent communicator and problem-solver. 
• Works well cross-functionally with other departments/in country teams.
• Able to travel as needed or required.
• Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time.
• Consistent and regular attendance is expected.

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED FOR POSITION:

• Direct sales/MLM experience is a plus.
• Experience in Cvent highly desired
• Knowledge of competitive marketplace, online space, and SeneGence.

CERTIFICATES/LICENSES REQUIRED FOR ROLE:

• Possession of a valid state driver license (or ability to obtain one).
• Possession of a valid passport (or ability to obtain one).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:   

This position requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer or managing event logistics. Frequent use of hands and fingers is necessary for data entry, typing, and operating registration systems and event software. The role occasionally involves walking, bending, reaching, and lifting or carrying materials weighing up to 40 pounds, particularly during event setup and teardown. The ability to remain focused and maintain attention to detail over long periods is essential, especially during high-volume registration periods or while on-site at events. The position may require working beyond standard business hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, based on event needs. Regular and predictable attendance is required. Must be willing and able to work the hours necessary to accomplish the job requirements including working irregular hours to attend evening and/or weekend events, meetings and/or seminars. Position is subject to additional working hours above forty-hour work week.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Work is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting and climate control. However, the role also requires travel to event venues—including both indoor and outdoor locations—which may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, elevated noise levels, and fast-paced environments. Domestic and occasional international travel is expected, including overnight stays and extended periods on-site. The position involves frequent interaction with a global Distributor base and cross-functional internal teams, often across multiple time zones. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, particularly during peak event cycles when shifting priorities and timelines are common.
