Concrete Superintendent

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Concrete Superintendent, located in Northport, AL. The Concrete Superintendent will oversee day-to-day construction activities, including supervising concrete work such as formwork, flatwork, and concrete placement. Key responsibilities include coordinating with general contractor superintendents, leading crews, ensuring project timelines are met, adhering to safety standards, and maintaining quality control. The role also involves managing equipment and materials efficiently to optimize project outcomes. Qualifications Proficiency in applying and supervising Formwork and Carpentry techniques Experience with structural and civil concrete. Familiarity with operating and managing Heavy Equipment on-site Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams effectively Understanding of construction safety standards and compliance Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Previous experience as a superintendent or equivalent role in concrete construction preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
