Job Description Role Overview We are seeking an Associate Director, Product Manager to own and scale the MLR review capability within the Content & Promotional Lifecycle Automation product portfolio. This role is accountable for what gets built, why it matters, and how business value is measured , with a strong focus on AI-enabled capabilities, regulatory confidence, and enterprise adoption. The Associate Director will act as the primary product leader for AI review capability, partnering with Brand, Commercial, MLR, Legal, AI, Engineering, and Platform teams. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Own the product vision, multi-year roadmap, and strategic direction for Content Review capability Define and continuously refine the value proposition for Job Owners, Content Creators, Reviewers, and MLR stakeholders Identify opportunities to shift quality and compliance left through AI-enabled automation and recommendations Align product strategy with broader Content Supply Chain and Digital Human Health priorities Product Ownership & Delivery Leadership Own and prioritize the product backlog , making outcome-based trade-off decisions Translate business, compliance, and regulatory needs into clear epics, features, and acceptance criteria Partner with Engineering, AI/Data Science, and Design teams to ensure high-quality, scalable delivery Ensure delivered capabilities meet quality, compliance, security, and governance expectations AI & Responsible Innovation Leadership Lead the evolution of AI-enabled first-pass review capabilities (e.g., quality checks, compliance validations, brand standards) Partner with AI teams to ensure outputs are accurate, explainable, auditable, and trusted Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and Risk stakeholders to enable responsible AI adoption in regulated workflows Balance innovation speed with regulatory confidence and enterprise readiness Stakeholder Management & Enablement Serve as the primary product leader and point of accountability for Content Review Capability Engage senior stakeholders across Brand, Commercial, MLR, Legal, and Markets Lead discovery workshops, roadmap reviews, and adoption discussions Support rollout, change management, and onboarding across brands and regions Value Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define and track product success metrics (e.g., quality uplift, rework reduction, cycle time improvement, adoption) Use data and user feedback to guide continuous iteration and prioritization Communicate progress, outcomes, and risks through executive-level updates Education Minimum Requirement Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Ownership, or related leadership roles Proven experience owning enterprise or platform products end-to-end Deep experience working in Agile product organizations with cross-functional global teams Strong understanding of regulated content, MLR, or compliance-driven workflows Demonstrated ability to lead AI-enabled or automation products from concept to scale Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills Ability to operate autonomously in a complex, matrixed, global environment Strong Plus Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats , Veeva CRM, JIRA, Confluence Familiarity with pharma laws, regulations, and promotional review governance Experience scaling products across multiple brands and markets Executive communication and storytelling skills Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving change in regulated ecosystems Nice to Have Experience with AI/ML model lifecycle collaboration (validation, explainability, performance monitoring) Lean UX, discovery, or design-thinking experience Prior experience in Digital, Commercial Operations, or Enterprise Platforms Required Skills (Keyword List) Applied Engineering, Change Management, Client Counseling, Emerging Technologies, Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT), Product Lifecycle, Product Management, Product Roadmap, Product Vision, Regulatory Compliance, Requirements Management, Roadmapping, Solution Architecture, Stakeholder Communications, Stakeholder Engagement, Stakeholder Relationship Management, Technical Advice, User Experience (UX) Design, Value Propositions, Veeva CRM, Waterfall Model Location Eligibility US and Puerto Rico Residents Only. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $142,400.00 - $224,100.00. The successful candidate will be eligible for an annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
