Program Evaluation Specialist

Program Evaluation SpecialistSupport the design and implementation of program evaluation and performance measurement activities for public health programs.Collect, organize, maintain, and validate program and evaluation data to support analysis and reporting efforts.Analyze and visualize data using tools such as R and Power BI to support program monitoring, evaluation, and decision-making.Support responses to data requests from program teams, clients, and other stakeholders.Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and data summaries to communicate program performance, outcomes, and findings.Assist in identifying, tracking, and refining performance indicators and evaluation measures aligned with program objectives.Conduct literature reviews, environmental scans, and other research activities to support evaluation planning and implementation.Support the development of evaluation tools, data collection instruments, and documentation.Collaborate with project teams to implement monitoring and evaluation activities and continuous improvement efforts.Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions regarding evaluation approaches, findings, and recommendations.Bachelor's degreeONE (1) or more years of relevant experience supporting program evaluation, public health research, data analytics, performance measurement, or related consulting activities.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates with an active public trust or suitability are preferred.The annual salary range for this position is $68,000.00-$113,000.00.
