We are currently looking for Speech-Language Pathologists who want to work with a leadership team that understands, prioritizes, and advocates for your professional perspective. Lead Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities: Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapy, Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathology. Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Deliver skilled therapy services within the scope of licensure (PT, PTA, OT, OTA, or SLP) in accordance with physician orders and individualized plans of care Assist the DOR or RVP with daily therapy operations, acting as the point of contact in their absence. Collaborate on clinical program development to meet patient needs and facility goals. Foster positive working relationships with facility nursing, administration, and interdisciplinary team (IDT) members.
