- Support individuals with mental health or behavioral conditions \n
- Assist with implementing care or treatment plans \n
- Provide direct patient interaction and support \n
- Monitor and document patient behavior and progress \n
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams \n
Job Requirements:

- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field \n
- Relevant experience in a behavioral health or mental health setting \n
- Certifications or licensure may be required depending on role (e.g., RBT, counselor license) \n
- Strong communication, de-escalation, and patient engagement skills \n
