Title: Reach Truck Operator (Crown/Raymond)

$20.00-$29.00/hr | $3,000 Performance Bonus

Four Seasons Produce is hiring in their warehouse distribution center for experienced Reach Truck Operators .

Pay

• Earn up to $3,000 performance bonus
• Earn up to $6.00/hour in incentive pay on top of base rate
• Start at $23.00/hour ($20.00/hour on 1 st shift)
• Earn extra $1.00/hour after 3 months based on performance
• Advance to $25.00/hour as a Generalist II ($22.00/hour on 1st shift)

Warehouse Schedules

• 1st shift & 2nd shift available
• 4 x 10-hour shifts or 12-hour shifts (3-4 shifts/week)
• One weekend shift required
• Overtime opportunities available

What You’ll Do

• Operate reach truck / stand-up high lift equipment in a warehouse distribution center
• Pick orders and replenish inventory in 4+ level racking
• Build pallets and move product throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload product
• Use warehouse systems including WMS and VoCollect

What You Need

• 1+ year of recent reach truck or high reach equipment experience required
• Experience with Crown or Raymond
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs , including overhead
• Comfortable working in a 35&degree;F cold storage environment
• Able to stand and walk for extended shifts
