About the Position: As the Deli Department Leader, you will lead a team of dedicated employees, manage inventory, ensure pricing accuracy, train staff, and oversee operational processes requiring meticulous attention to detail. This dynamic position is fast‑paced and requires a commitment to efficiency, effectiveness, and a pursuit of excellence to achieve outstanding results. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and offer assistance with accurate and timely information Make tailored recommendations and accommodate guest requests Manage order guides, respect ordering deadlines, and minimize shrink and damages Receive and stock goods, adhering to product rotation standards Lead teams in handling, slicing, and preparing a variety of meats, cheeses, and Convenient Meal Solutions (CMS) throughout the day Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members both on‑the‑job and through our internal training platform to ensure exceptional guest service in a safe environment Availability: This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including the capacity to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
