Tax Director We are hiring a Tax Director for a highly respected advisory and accounting firm with deep Bay Area roots and a growing national presence. This is a hybrid leadership role where you will mentor a seasoned team while taking the lead on complex tax planning for ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, private businesses, and even billionaire clients. This opportunity comes with a clear partnership track within 2-3 years . With three senior partners preparing for retirement, you will be positioned to inherit some of the firm’s most valuable and long‑standing client relationships, including multigenerational families and privately held companies.
