Job Details What You’ll Do: Lead Inventory Strategy – Balance stock levels to meet production demand while minimizing waste and excess. Own Supplier Partnerships – Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure the materials needed to keep operations running at top speed. Drive Logistics & Distribution – Oversee transportation, warehousing, and scheduling to guarantee on-time delivery. Champion Quality – Partner with QA to ensure all incoming materials meet automotive standards and specifications. Innovate & Improve – Lead continuous improvement initiatives with Lean, automation, and new technology to streamline operations. Manage Budgets – Forecast, control costs, and identify opportunities for efficiency gains. Lead a High-Impact Team – Mentor and develop a team of planners, buyers, and warehouse staff, building a culture of collaboration and growth. Ensure Compliance & Safety – Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards while minimizing supply chain risks. What We’re Looking For: Automotive manufacturing experience is required Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field 3–5 years in materials, supply chain, or procurement roles within manufacturing 1–2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience Strong knowledge of supply chain principles (procurement, logistics, inventory management) Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management tools, and MS Excel Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Interested in hearing more?
