CNA/Caregiver

Company: Express Healthcare Staffing
Locations: Missoula, Lolo, Bitterroot Valley & surrounding Montana communities
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN, Per Diem, Temporary, Contract

Express Healthcare Staffing is seeking compassionate, dependable CNAs and Caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality care in a variety of settings, including healthcare facilities and private homes. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing and personal care
• Provide medication reminders (no medication administration)
• Prepare light meals, breakfasts, and homemade dinners as assigned
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Provide companionship and one-on-one support in home environments
• Assist with mobility, indoor and outdoor walks as appropriate
• Support evening routines, including bedtime preparation
• Assist with catheter bag changes and stoma care as needed (no insertion)
• Provide basic pet care when applicable
• Occasionally drive clients to appointments, outings, or senior centers
• Ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable environment

Work Settings:

• Private homes
• Clinics
• Long-term care facilities
• Nursing homes
• Medical offices

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of CNA or caregiving experience
• Valid CNA license (for CNA-designated roles)
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license and ability to commute as required
• Willingness to travel to Missoula, Lolo, Bitterroot Valley, and surrounding areas
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and professional demeanor
