This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects and tight timelines.Key Responsibilities:Manage refrigeration construction projects cradle-to-graveOversee 5–7 projects simultaneously across the U.S.Serve as the primary point of contact for national accountsCoordinate subcontractors and collaborate with on-site superintendentsEnsure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and safelyTravel to job sites approximately 2 days per week for field oversightStrengthen relationships with key clients and support company growthIdeal Background:Experience managing commercial refrigeration or cold-storage construction projectsFamiliarity with supermarket or wholesale club environmentsProven ability to manage $5M+ annual project portfoliosStrong coordination skills across subcontractors and field teamsExperience with scheduling tools such as Smartsheet or Microsoft ProjectOSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)Humble, team-oriented leader with a strong work ethic
