Assistant Brewery Manager

Job Description We are looking to hire an Assistant Brewery Manager (ABM)with an energetic and engaging personality to manage our taproom. You will be responsible for supervising and planning the daily operations of the breweryto provide guests with a positive experience. The ideal ABMfor us would inspire hospitality for our guests and expect staff to do the same. We are a community centered meadery and our priority is building great relations with our customers. Qualifications
- Culinary school diploma or BS degree in Business Administration
- Food service license
- TIPS certification
- State alcohol certification
- Computer literacy
- Experience in event planning
- Detail oriented
- Maintain the taproom in compliance with all applicable regulations
- Manage and oversee the restaurant operations in conjunction with other managers
- Deliver superior guest services to ensuring guest satisfaction
- Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
- Plan and develop guest loyalty programs
- Participate at local and farmers market events
- Schedule and supervise shifts
- Hire new employees
- Plan new and update existing menus
- Inventory Management and supply ordering
- Point of Sale oversight
- Manage, train and evaluate staff
- Control costs and minimize waste
- Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
- Nurture a positive working environment
