Securities Operations Process Improvement Consultant Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite) Job Type: Contract Max Pay Rate: $54/hr Overview We are seeking an experienced Securities Operations Process Improvement Consultant to support transformation and automation initiatives within a large-scale securities operations environment. This role focuses on redesigning service fulfillment processes, improving workflow efficiency, reducing operational risk, and supporting automation initiatives across trading and operational functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in securities operations, process improvement, operational strategy, workflow redesign, and cross-functional collaboration within financial services environments. Key Responsibilities Lead and support process improvement and operational redesign initiatives across securities operations functions Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and risk reduction Support service fulfillment transformation initiatives related to trading, funding, onboarding, and customer operations Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to redesign operational processes and improve service delivery Research operational issues and recommend scalable solutions to improve controls and workflow efficiency Support implementation of new processes, procedures, and operational enhancements Monitor operational workflows and support issue resolution within securities operations Participate in operational planning, governance discussions, and process optimization efforts Develop reporting, documentation, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in: Securities operations Business execution Process improvement Strategic operations Financial services operations Strong understanding of: Trade settlement Securities operations workflows Operational risk and controls Experience supporting operational redesign, workflow optimization, or automation initiatives Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage complex operational initiatives in fast-paced environments Preferred Qualifications Experience within: Brokerage or wealth management operations Service fulfillment operations Trading or custodial operations Experience with: Process automation Workflow redesign Operational governance Financial services transformation initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr Talent Bridge
