Description:
Purpose: Ensure efficient and smooth operations for excellent guest satisfaction. Respond in a professional and courteous manner to guests by providing accurate and timely information and services.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•Always greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
•Perform accurate check-in and check-outs of guests daily
•Answer telephone in a timely fashion
•Make reservations over the phone and in person
•Provide mutually beneficial solutions to guest complaints
•Responsible for a cash float throughout your shift to ensure that everything balances at the end of shift
•Exhibit teamwork throughout all departments of the hotel
•Other duties as assigned
Requirements:•High School Diploma or GED required
•1-year hotel experience preferred
•Customer Service experience
•Ability to handle cash
•Open availability preferred, nights and weekend availability are required
