A warm, beautifully maintained skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join its clinical leadership team. Known for compassionate, resident-centered care and a close-knit team where staff and residents know each other by name, our facility offers the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) a true leadership home. Prior nursing home experience is required for this position.
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) works alongside the Director of Nursing (DON) to lead daily clinical operations and support a dedicated nursing team. If you're a Registered Nurse (RN) leader ready for your next step, this ADON role is for you.

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Duties
Support the Director of Nursing (DON) in overseeing daily nursing operations
Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff across all shifts
Monitor quality of care and clinical compliance
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and staff education
Participate in resident care planning and family communication

Salary: Up to $125,000 per year

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey
Prior ADON experience in a nursing home, OR 3+ years as a Nurse Manager, Nursing Supervisor, or Unit Manager in a nursing home setting
Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
