Our promise to you:
You'll never take work home. We provide and launder every towel, and we keep your station stocked with the shampoos, tools, and supplies you need to do great work. When you clock out, you're done — no bag of wet towels riding home in your trunk.

Your grooming time is grooming time. You won't be juggling a ringing phone or chasing down bookings between dogs. We have a dedicated staff handling scheduling and customer communication, so you can keep your hands on the dog and your focus where it belongs — on the work you do best.

Your commission is yours — period. What we agree on is what you keep. No per-stop fees, no surprise supply charges, no fine print that quietly shrinks your paycheck. We'll walk you through exactly how your pay works before your first day, and it stays that way.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of professional grooming experience
  Confidence with [full-service grooming / breed-specific cuts / handling a range of temperaments]
• A genuine love for animals and the patience that comes with it
• Reliability, professionalism, and real pride in your work
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

What you can expect
