What You'll Do:

• Scrub and assist in cardiovascular surgery procedures including transplant, thoracic, vascular, and general OR cases
• Work closely with surgical teams during cardiac and vascular surgeries in a Level I Trauma setting
• Maintain sterile field and ensure proper instrument handling during surgeries
• Adhere to all safety and protocol standards using EPIC charting system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety procedures

What You Need:

• Valid BLS and NIH certifications; CVOR certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in cardiac, vascular, and transplant surgeries
• At least 1 year CVOR experience in a Level I Trauma hospital
• Scrub experience in a high-acuity environment
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system (required)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
