Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a veterinary setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with client check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Handle payments and billing processes
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks as required
Requirements
- Ability to provide compassionate care to animals and their owners
- Able to answer phones and emails with professionalism and courtesy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A Major Plus if:
- Knowledge of animal anatomy, husbandry, and handling techniques
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
