Senior Product Manager

Position Senior Product Manager – Roche Diagnostics’ Near Patient Care (NPC) diagnostics marketing team. Key Responsibilities Act as the definitive technical expert and business owner for assigned products. Partner with demand planning teams to create forecasts and business plans that drive growth. Generate and execute product launch plans, including pricing strategies, customer segmentation, and sales enablement. Collaborate with global business partners to translate U.S. market requirements into current and future product portfolios and influence global life‑cycle teams. Manage internal processes for software/hardware updates and product expirations. Lead product availability and back‑order management for the field sales force. Use high‑level stakeholder management skills to influence teams without formal authority, identifying bottlenecks and mobilizing resources to keep complex long‑term projects on track. Own the annual business plan for the portfolio, develop tactics, and evaluate performance through business reviews. Influence on‑market product business plans through collaboration with other Near Patient Care marketers and cross‑functional partners. Serve as a role model, driving impactful solutions, motivating, and empowering others while helping them succeed. Develop mastery of the business area, analyze key metrics, forecast sales and product, and integrate customer insights into programs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of marketing, business, sales, or related experience. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Experience across multiple life‑science subject‑matter areas. High level executive presence and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams. High intellectual curiosity and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to travel moderately as business demands. Regulatory and compliance awareness (USDA, ISO 9000, CLIA, FDA, GMP). Preferred Skills Advanced project management experience. Proven stakeholder management in complex environments. Background in several life‑science disciplines. Deep knowledge of regulatory standards such as USDA, ISO 9000, CLIA, FDA, and GMP. Location On‑site in our Indianapolis campus. No relocation benefits are provided. Salary and Benefits Salary range: $124,400 – $231,000, based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
