Assistant Restaurant Manager – Overview The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in their efforts to deliver great and Friendly guest experiences, serve the Freshest products, run the Cleanest restaurants, provide the Fastest service, and help build profitable top‑line sales. They assist in the development of crew and shift leaders and fulfill responsibilities assigned by the Restaurant Manager. They are also responsible for assisting in the overall operations of the restaurant. Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day operations, control profit loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor. Create a positive working environment by fostering teamwork among team members through effective training, communication, and relationship building. Assist in the professional growth & development of shift leaders and team members. Maintain an exceptional level of customer service. Know and manage compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Requirements Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment. Excellent customer service standards. Passion for results. Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
