Primary Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:00pm-9:00pm (Will flex across all 3 shifts as needed)

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor production KPIs including safety, quality, efficiency, waste, downtime, and labor 
• Oversee production flow, equipment, processes, product specifications, and SOP compliance 
• Plan ahead to ensure the production floor and equipment are prepared for upcoming shifts 
• Troubleshoot production issues and partner with Maintenance to reduce downtime 
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and overall production efficiency 
• Lead production teams to meet safety, quality, productivity, sanitation, and logistics goals 
• Train, coach, and evaluate employees while addressing performance and development needs 
• Communicate expectations and ensure employees follow SOPs and safety procedures 
• Support hiring, onboarding, team meetings, and employee development 
• Provide shift coverage and leadership when the Production Supervisor is unavailable 
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, safety, quality, and regulatory standards 
• Monitor production to ensure quality, safety, and department goals are met 
• Support audits and implement corrective actions as needed 
• Identify, isolate, and report products that do not meet quality or food safety standards 
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with customer and company requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred 
• Knowledge of food safety, microbiology, sanitation, and regulatory standards 
• Familiarity with Kosher, Organic, RSPO, Non-GMO, and Gluten-Free requirements preferred 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to apply basic math to practical workplace situations 
• Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in troubleshooting and prioritizing tasks 
• Ability to think critically and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
