We are looking for a high-character residential HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in doing the right thing, communicates clearly, and wants to grow within a structured, values-driven company. What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Communicate findings and all available options clearly and honestly to homeowners
• Document service calls using Service Titan
• Maintain a clean, safe job-site and a professional appearance at all times
• Operate company vehicles, equipment, and provided resources responsibly and safely
• Consistently meet performance expectations tied to quality, efficiency, and customer experience

Compensation & Growth:

• Hourly wage + commission + bonus

Professional & Compliance Standards:

• Clean, professional appearance required while representing the company
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• No criminal record that would prevent entering customers' homes
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Commitment to safety, honesty, and ethical service practices

Required:

• Must have residential HVAC service experience
• EPA certification

Preferred:

• NATE certification
