Special Events CoordinatorThe Special Events Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating event related activities involving parking and charter buses on campus. Duties will require flexible work schedules depending on event needs and activities. Duties require a significant work commitment during home football and basketball seasons, and annual commencement/graduation activities. This requires working with various departments and visiting groups to coordinate an event's parking needs. This position is weather and special event essential. Other duties as assigned. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.
