Position Overview

We are seeking a technically deep IT Operations Specialist to support, scale, and secure CoreWeave’s internal infrastructure environment. In this multi-faceted operations track, you will blend hands-on end-user workstation support with advanced identity platform ownership, device compliance enforcement, and process automation. Partnering closely with Security, Systems Engineering, and People Ops, you will deliver reliable, automated solutions to manage the full employee lifecycle for a rapidly growing, globally distributed tech workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Identity & Access Governance: Administer enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms like Okta , orchestrating lifecycle automation workflows and secure group structures.
• Unified Endpoint Management: Manage, configure, and secure corporate macOS and Windows endpoint fleets leveraging modern MDM solutions including Jamf and Microsoft Intune .
• ITSM Workflow Automation: Own and scale internal ticketing frameworks, asset tracking databases, and operational incident workflows using platforms like Freshservice .
• User Lifecycle Execution: Drive programmatic user lifecycle events encompassing employee onboarding, secure offboarding setups, hardware provisioning, and automated access adjustment rules.
• Infrastructural Automation: Write, debug, and maintain operational deployment scripts utilizing Python, Bash, or PowerShell to eliminate manual toil and optimize system uptime.
• Cloud Security & Compliance: Enforce strong cloud security hygiene including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), endpoint protection (EDR) rules, and device compliance matrices in alignment with SOC 2 policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive professional history operating inside Cloud-Native IT Support, IT Operations, or Systems Administration environments.
• Proven expertise managing centralized endpoint tracking engines via Jamf and/or Microsoft Intune .
• Hands-on system administration background managing enterprise identity infrastructures via Okta (or equivalent IAM architectures).
• Demonstrated scripting fluency for infrastructure automation utilizing Python, Bash, or PowerShell .
• Outstanding technical analytical mechanics, capable of troubleshooting across SaaS application integrations, endpoint assets, and network routing layers.
• Location Context: Hybrid or fully remote operational infrastructure availability open to qualified technical professionals residing in Singapore .
• Export Control Compliance: Must possess clear structural eligibility to access U.S. Government export-controlled technical information based on citizenship or authorization rules.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Prior technical exposure supporting Kubernetes-based nodes or microservice container infrastructure.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001 , and automated SaaS API integrations via Terraform.
• Knowledge of office network topology frameworks, firewalls, switches, and physical data center hardware footprints.
