Senior/Lead Full Stack .Net Developer
Our client is seeking a Senior/Lead Full Stack .Net Developer to support and enhance critical software systems in a complex, multi-location environment. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining web and Windows-based applications while working closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning solutions from requirements through deployment and support.
Location: Irvine, CA (On-site)
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $125k - $150k

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, test, and implement web and Windows applications using .NET technologies and Angular
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from a variety of users and stakeholders
- Enhance and maintain existing systems by identifying defects, performance issues, and areas for improvement
- Create and maintain technical documentation including specifications, process flows, and project deliverables
- Collaborate with QA teams, business users, and third-party vendors throughout development and release cycles
What Gets You the Job:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying application solutions
- Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, and modern web technologies
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and project-based work
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
