About the Role

The Company is in search of a Freelance VP, Analytics with a strong background in digital analytics, mar-tech, or business intelligence, particularly within the pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic client leadership, serving as an executive data and analytics consultant for major accounts, and ensuring that all data and analytics practices adhere to industry regulations and standards. This role requires the design and implementation of comprehensive measurement strategies, advanced marketing attribution models, and the development of executive-ready data visualization products that connect marketing activities to business outcomes. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the field, with a proven track record at a VP or Executive Director level, and a deep understanding of the unique regulatory boundaries of HCP and DTC digital media data streams. Technical proficiency in enterprise analytics platforms and data tools, including Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Analytics, Veeva systems, and data visualization tools, is essential. The role also involves cross-functional solution design, interim practice mentorship, and participation in new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have exceptional storytelling capabilities, a consultative approach, and the agility to work in a freelance capacity, with a focus on immediate impact and trust-building.
