Portfolio ManagerGenesis10 is currently seeking a Portfolio Manager for a contract position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Columbus, OH. Compensation: $75.00 - $78.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications. Position Overview: The Portfolio Manager will provide delivery leadership and portfolio governance support for the Contact Center Technology organization, partnering directly with team Leadership. This role will coordinate strategic initiatives, executive reporting, capacity planning, financial management, roadmap execution, and governance activities across a diverse portfolio of transformation and production-support programs. The successful candidate will act as the operational leader responsible for ensuring strategic alignment, execution transparency, and delivery accountability across multiple technology and vendor initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Manage enterprise Contact Center and AI transformation portfoliosMaintain integrated roadmaps across strategic initiativesTrack portfolio health, milestones, dependencies, risks, and financialsDrive portfolio prioritization discussions and investment decisionsFacilitate executive governance reviews and steering committee meetingsPrepare executive-level presentations and status updatesDevelop quarterly business reviews (QBRs)Create leadership dashboards and performance scorecardsDeliver concise updates for senior leadership and executive stakeholdersCoordinate annual planning and funding activitiesSupport business case creation and staffing modelsManage capacity planning and resource forecastingTrack vendor engagements and delivery commitmentsFacilitate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Operations, Architecture, Development, Testing, Cybersecurity, and VendorsMonitor budget performanceTrack project burn rates and forecastsSupport contractor and staffing requestsMaintain resource plans for strategic initiativesPrimary Requirements:7+ years in Portfolio Management, Program Management, or Technology Delivery LeadershipExperience managing enterprise technology portfoliosStrong executive communication skillsProven experience producing leadership materials and governance reportingExperience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworksAdvanced proficiency with data platforms (Snowflake, SQL, ETL frameworks) and reporting tools (Tableau, Excel, Power BI)Strong understanding of IVR systems, call routing, workforce optimization, and end-to-end customer journey analyticsDesired Skills:Familiarity with Contact Center operations and AI initiativesExperience with contact center technologies (Genesys preferred)Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
