Contract (13–26 weeks) | Days | Monday–Friday | 4x10 schedule available; must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments to a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using the Raintree EMR system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
• Complete required pre-assignment onboarding modules prior to start of assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another clinical setting
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn the Raintree EMR system
• Availability to work up to 2 evenings per week (until 7:30 PM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation experience
• Comfort working in a high-volume outpatient clinic environment
• Experience with productivity-based caseload management
