Senior Risk Analyst

Supporting the Director in the Enterprise Risk Management function, the full-time Senior Risk Analyst will execute risk programs, facilitate GRC strategy, and contribute to AI-enabled risk transformation while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide support for the execution of enterprise risk management activities, including risk assessments and regulatory change management Contribute to the development of forward-looking risk indicators and assist in preparing board-level risk reporting materials Assist in the design and deployment of AI use cases for risk workflows, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk management standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Business, or related field 7+ years of experience in enterprise risk management or related fields within a large financial institution Demonstrated knowledge of internal control frameworks and risk management methodologies Hands-on experience with Archer GRC or equivalent enterprise GRC platforms Proven ability to draft and manage risk policies and procedures aligned with regulatory expectations
