Your primary responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating a diverse array of commercial contracts, advising on strategic initiatives, partnerships, alliances, and governance issues. The Stellarus legal team works hand‑in‑hand with the leadership to deliver legal insights and strategic guidance that align with the company's ambitious goals. Your Knowledge and Experience Juris Doctorate degree is required Minimum of 8 years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial, strategic, technology, and corporate agreements, with prior experience at a top‑tier law firm or in‑house legal department Bar membership is required, with residence in specified states and ability to meet state requirements for in‑house counsel post‑employment Experience in the health care or health technology sectors, whether through law firm representation or in‑house roles Preferred experience with technology partnerships, AI solutions, and intellectual property licensing Management experience with outside counsel is a plus Excellent negotiation, consultative, and facilitation skills, enabling you to interact effectively with various stakeholders Demonstrated ability to influence diversified stakeholders and drive effective solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr
