Marketing Manager

Reports to: VP of Sales, who leads our combined sales and marketing revenue team Compensation: Base salary plus a performance bonus tied to revenue team results Travel: Sporadic, not heavy. More early on to learn the business, settling into quarterly or less PixelFLEX is bringing sales and marketing together as one revenue team, and we're hiring a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to help build it. This isn't a brand-and-campaigns role sitting downstream from Sales, hoping its work gets used. You'll be in the same pipeline reviews and forecast calls as the sales team, build the marketing engine behind our partner strategy, and get us specified into more jobs earlier in the sales cycle. Specialized production (video, photo, paid media, SEO, design) runs through outside partners; you own the strategy, the briefs, and the sales-facing work. What You'll Do Own marketing planning and content strategy to drive engagement and measurable results. Build and maintain the website and sales collateral. Spec sheets, case studies, one-pagers, pitch decks. Build competitive battlecards and keep our team's positioning sharp against what's actually happening in live deals. Partner with Sales to grow visibility and value for our current integration partners. Build and run account-based marketing programs targeting our highest-priority integration partners, a major focus of this role. Learn to engage architects and design consultants to grow the number of projects we're specified into. Drive and qualify inbound interest from end users and new prospective partners. Develop multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social, web, and events. Build collateral for lunch-and-learns and shape the experience for visitors to our facility. Direct outside agencies and freelancers on production, holding them to a brief, standard, and timeline. What You Bring 3-6+ years in marketing, ideally B2B, AV/tech, manufacturing, or a channel-driven business. A strategic thinker who can also execute. You'll set the plan and build the sales-facing work yourself. Experience directing agencies or freelancers to a deadline and a standard. Experience with, or real interest in, account-based marketing in a partner/channel context. Genuinely effective with AI tools day to day. Comfortable prompting, iterating, and using them to work faster and better. Working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable marketing platform. A direct, practical communication style.
