Leveraged Finance Lawyer: Structured Lending Specialist
UBS Financial Services Inc.
UBS is seeking a motivated Leveraged Lending lawyer to partner with Investment Bank and external counsel on a full spectrum of leveraged and structured lending transactions originating in the U.S. and internationally. The role involves acting as a subject matter expert on legal and regulatory matters for U.S. leveraged finance and restructuring contexts, collaborating with Global Banking Legal and Investment Banking teams, and monitoring regulatory developments to manage risk. #J-18808-Ljbffr UBS
