Senior UX Architect

Owning information architecture and structural UX across the product, the full-time remote Senior UX Architect will influence design thinking, ensure consistency across multiple product areas, and establish a scalable UX foundation for AI initiatives. Key responsibilities Maintain coherent information architecture across new and legacy platform areas while auditing and resolving structural issues Set and enforce cross-swimlane UX standards to ensure consistent structural UX application across all product design areas Review prototypes as a quality checkpoint to prevent structural debt and uphold blueprint-first design practices Required qualifications 8+ years of hands-on and/or managerial UX experience with expertise in information architecture and structural SaaS design Proven track record of managing information architecture across complex, multi-surface products Experience establishing design processes and reusable patterns at scale Fluency in collaborating with Product and Engineering teams, particularly on AI or platform-level initiatives Strong leadership mentality with excellent communication and coaching skills
