The ideal candidate will possess a can-do attitude, be energetic, and unhesitatingly embrace teamwork mentality. He or she will also be highly motivated, detail-oriented, passionate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIESTurf Care: mowing (greens, tees, fairways, roughs), trimming, watering, fertilizing, aerating, drainage, and soddingBunker Maintenance: raking, edging, rototilling, plate tamping, addition of sand, sand depth inspections, sand redistributionCourse Setup: changing hole locations, setting tee markers, filling ball washers, repairing divots, and cleaning debrisEquipment Operation: safely operating mowers (riding/walking), blowers, string trimmers, utility vehicles, and chainsawsGeneral Maintenance: trimming trees/bushes, cleaning facilities, collecting litter, and basic irrigation system upkeepEquipment Care: fueling, cleaning, performing basic maintenance, and reporting equipment issuesSafety & Compliance: following safety protocols, applying chemicals (as directed), and maintaining recordsOTHER ACCOUNTABILITIESDue to the nature of this position, it is impossible to list all things you will be exposed to or ultimately have responsibility for.
