What You'll Do:

• Provide OB triage, inpatient admissions, and delivery services for obstetric patients
• Collaborate with community OBs and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Manage OB/GYN emergencies in a hospital setting
• Support obstetric and gynecologic emergencies 24/7
• Communicate in real-time with office physicians regarding triage visits, new issues, and deliveries
• Contribute to improved clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and cost-efficiency
• Ensure best practices for safety, quality, and patient care standards

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio Medical License or eligibility to obtain one
• Minimum of 3 years OB/GYN clinical experience
• Strong collaboration, communication, and clinical skills
• Ability to work 24-hour shifts and provide emergency care
